santhiswaroop bhatnagar award 2006

Thirteen Scientists have been selected for the prestigious Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar (SSB) Prize for the year 2006. The Prizes are being awarded by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) annually to the young Scientists for their outstanding scientific contributions in the country.

The Prize comprises a citation, a plaque and carries a cash award of Rs. 2,00,000. The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh presented the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prizes 2006
